CATCH THE RYTHM
eTwinning project

RİTMİ  YAKALA-Catch the  rythm is an eTwinning project. It started with the partnership of three teachers from Romania and eight teachers from different schools from Turkey. I joined this project in February, because I love music. The learning activities I carried out with the small group "Squirrels" from Kindergarten with P.P. "Arici Pogonici" Gherla from Cluj were carried out in kindergarten.
ABOUT  THE PROJECT
Rhythm and music  is the part of the life.The life has a  rhythm as we are not aware  of it.And so we create awareness about rhythm with our students.We set  out the improving our students sense of rhythm  and musical aptitude.When we are working through the rhythm, we use all equipments about our  daily life and nature and we reach our all works about music and rhythm which are cooperative learning activities to the large masses.
AIMS
We want to improve the self-confidence of our students with rhythm exercises.
We want to realize our students that everything in our life has a rhythm.
We want to improve the sense of rhythm.
We want to show our students  that they  can practice rhythm with all materials in nature and in our daily life.
We want to show our students the importance of working with collaboratian.
Our students are able to look  that everything around us in rhythm and to see the rhythm in them.
WORK  PROCESS
February:
-selection of project partners,
-arranging students teams,
-presentation of the project,
-banner,
-Logo,
-Boards in our schools,
-Preparing a rhythm instrument,
-Singing with our handmade rhythm instrument.
March:
-Games with rhythm,
-Muzogram.
April:
-Rhythm exercies with natural materials and home equipments.
May:
-Prepare a common product in collaboration with our partners.
June:
-End of the project works.
EXPECTED RESULTS
At the end of the our project, we will make a joint product with our teachers and students groups.Students  will be able to aware of the importance and the place of music and the rhythm in our life.Our teachers and our students families will offer them the opportunity to discover their rhythm  and music skills at the end of the project.
