     Be respectful,
     Be careful with humor and sarcasm,
     Be forgiving, but careful, in an online medium.
     The internet is a great place to learn,
     To grow, to discover new things and to connect;
     But online there are plenty of risks
     And safety is something you shouldn't neglect.
     Say NO and refuse, if that's not what you choose.
     If you don't feel safe, report the abuse.
     'Cause you never know who's behind a screen,
     Behind a cool avatar or a funny nickname,
     You can't be sure of a stranger's identity
     And trusting them is a dangerous game.
     Mind what you post - info, pics, smiley faces,
     Even when you delete them, they leave traces;
     Don't ever share your passwords with anyone
     If you really care about your safety online.
     Say NO to dangerous dares and silly challenges
     Putting your health or even your life at risk!
     Unfollow those who suggest harm or damages,
     And warn your friends to keep away from these.
     Cyber-safety is all about making good choices,
     It's something that can be both taught and learned;
     To make the web a place where everyone rejoices,
     Let's support the right and reject the wrong!
     Together, we should build a better world,
     A world wide web where respect is the norm
     A friendlier, more positive environment
     Without fear, sadness or unkind words.
     Let's promise ourselves to be safe online
     And stay away from the cruel, dark side
     Let's leave it all behind once in a while
     To spend time with our dearest ones.
     Balance is important in everything you do
     Don't live your life as Virtual You…
     Who knows who is on the other side of the screen?
     So be safe, play safe, on the Internet.
