"European Schoolnet will submit an application on behalf of Scientix to the Horizon Impact Award (https://ec.europa.eu/info/research-and-innovation/funding/funding-opportunities/prizes/horizon-impac…) a new prize dedicated to EU-funded projects whose results have created societal impact across Europe and beyond.
Winning such an award would ensure the European Commission, Ministries and other stakeholders understand the importance of Scientix for STEM education, schools, teachers, students and our society, and would help secure funding for years to come.
There is a compulsory requirement to provide letters of support for the application from the user community, stating the importance and impact of the research results and how they were used to create concrete results for the specific user community.
I would therefore be extremely grateful if you could assist us in this process with a signed support letter explaining how you, your students, your school, your region, your country, or even education in general, has benefited from Scientix. You could also explain new projects, collaborations or opportunities that have started thanks to Scientix. To facilitate this process, I provide a word document with some suggestions through http://files.eun.org/scientix/Scientix-letter-of-support.docx. Of course, please feel free to write as many paragraphs as you see fit, adapt, modify or add as you see fit.

Pagina  Proiecte prezintă, pe scurt, peste 400 de proiecte educative europene din domenii STEM. Dacă  sunteți manager de proiect, puteți contacta un ambasador Scientix pentru a afla cum  puteți disemina proiectul pe portalul Scientix.
O secțiune dedicată Conferințelor Scientix naționale și internaționale, precum și o sectiune pentru Noutăți.
Fila Resurse  constituie o  arhivă  de unde se  pot  accesa materiale didactice, rapoarte, cursuri de formare și alte resurse de predare.
Căutarea poate fi filtrată după diverse criterii. De asemenea, materialele sunt prezentate în mai multe limbi, iar dacă nu sunt disponibile în limba română , există  posibilitatea de a solicita traducerea prin serviciul  gratuit oferit de Scientix, cu condiția de a fi trei cereri pentru aceeași resursă.

"Biroul European de Resurse pentru Educaţie Spaţială – România (ESERO România) organizează în perioada 24-27 Iulie 2018, un curs de iniţiere în ştiinţe spaţiale. Dear Go-Lab ambassadors,

Scientix has published the STEM education practices teachers questionnaire, which aims to collect Europe-wide information about the way in which STEM teachers in secondary schools (with pupils aged 10 to 19) organise their teaching, including which pedagogical approaches and resources they use and the extent to which ICT is integrated into teaching processes.

The questionnaire is available in 25 languages and can be accessed at the following link:

The questionnaire is part of the study on policies and practices in Europe regarding STEM education, commissioned by Texas Instruments and developed by European Schoolnet in collaboration with Deloitte. Through it, we hope to be able to get a comprehensive overview of STEM teaching practices across over 25 countries and make a contribution to the debate on STEM education and training issues by drawing from concrete data about how STEM subjects are being taught across Europe.

The results of the study will be made freely available online before the end of 2018 and included in the Scientix Observatory. "

"As part of the project evaluation we have created a questionnaire for focus teachers. Focus teachers are teachers who have implemented an ILS (new or existing) or used a lab in their classroom. By filling in the questionnaire, we will understand more about the content of their implementation, impact and possible challenges they faced.

The questionnaire is also for teachers who wished to implement an ILS or lab in their classroom but for some reason, they failed to do so. Through the questionnaire, we want to find out what obstacles they faced in order to see how we can address them.
