I have recently taken part in a course on well-being focused both on students and teachers. We had to create an online spa for teachers and a poster promoting it. Here is the final result.

                                                                          1-Hour Online Spa for Tired Teachers
                                                                                “Relax • Reset • Recharge”
                                                                                Total Duration: 60 minutes
STEP 1 Welcome and atmosphere setting
Soft background music
Invite participants to: Turn cameras off (optional), sit comfortably  and take a deep breath
STEP 2 Guided Breathing and Relaxation

Use the 4–4–6 breathing technique:
• Inhale (4 sec)
• Hold (4 sec)
• Exhale (6 sec)
• Slow, calm voice guidance
Add gentle reminders: “Release tension from your shoulders…”

STEP 3 Gentle Stretching Session
Focus on common teacher tension areas:
• Neck rolls
• Shoulder lifts
• Back stretch
• Wrist/hand relaxation
Tip:Keep movements slow and optional.

STEP 4 Sound Relaxation and Mental Escape
Play calming sounds (rain, ocean, forest)
• Ask participants to close their eyes

STEP 5 Guided imagery:
“Imagine you are in a peaceful place… a quiet beach or forest…”
Mindful Break (Tea/Coffee Ritual)
Participants: prepare a drink and sit quietly and enjoy it mindfully
Prompt: notice the warmth, taste slowly and focus only on the present moment

STEP 6 Guided Meditation (Letting go of stress)
• Short body scan meditation
• Focus on releasing tension

STEP 7 Closing and Positive Reset
• Gratitude moment: think of 3 good things
• Gentle return to awareness
