	  <title><![CDATA[Online Spa for Tired Teachers]]></title>
	  <description><![CDATA[<p>
	I have recently taken part in a course on well-being focused both on students and teachers. We had to create an online spa for teachers and a poster promoting it. Here is the final result.</p>

	STEP 1 Welcome and atmosphere setting<br />
	Soft background music<br />
	Invite participants to: Turn cameras off (optional), sit comfortably&nbsp; and take a deep breath<br />
	STEP 2 Guided Breathing and Relaxation</p>
<p>
	Use the 4&ndash;4&ndash;6 breathing technique:<br />
	&bull; Inhale (4 sec)<br />
	&bull; Hold (4 sec)<br />
	&bull; Exhale (6 sec)<br />
	&bull; Slow, calm voice guidance<br />
	Add gentle reminders: &ldquo;Release tension from your shoulders&hellip;&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	STEP 3 Gentle Stretching Session<br />
	Focus on common teacher tension areas:<br />
	&bull; Neck rolls<br />
	&bull; Shoulder lifts<br />
	&bull; Back stretch<br />
	&bull; Wrist/hand relaxation<br />
	Tip:Keep movements slow and optional.</p>
<p>
	STEP 4 Sound Relaxation and Mental Escape<br />
	Play calming sounds (rain, ocean, forest)<br />
	&bull; Ask participants to close their eyes</p>
<p>
	STEP 5 Guided imagery:<br />
	&ldquo;Imagine you are in a peaceful place&hellip; a quiet beach or forest&hellip;&rdquo;<br />
	Mindful Break (Tea/Coffee Ritual)<br />
	Participants: prepare a drink and sit quietly and enjoy it mindfully<br />
	Prompt: notice the warmth, taste slowly and focus only on the present moment</p>
<p>	STEP 6 Guided Meditation (Letting go of stress)<br />
	&bull; Short body scan meditation<br />
	&bull; Focus on releasing tension</p>

	STEP 7 Closing and Positive Reset<br />
	&bull; Gratitude moment: think of 3 good things<br />
	&bull; Gentle return to awareness<br />
