The Role of Erasmus Accreditation in Promoting International Collaboration

Our Erasmus Accreditation aims to foster international cooperation, professional development, and cultural exchange among teachers from different countries. The goal is to enable educators to share knowledge, teaching strategies, and best practices that benefit both students and the wider educational community. By hosting teachers from Lamia, Greece, we were able to deepen our understanding of different educational approaches and create lasting professional relationships.

The Experience of the Greek Teachers

The Greek teachers participated in the following engaging classroom activities during their stay at our school:

Grade 2D Math Class with Mrs. Moroianu Marioara
The first lesson of the day took place in Grade 2D, where the students were learning fundamental math concepts. Mrs. Moroianu Marioara expertly guided the class through interactive exercises designed to engage young learners. Our Greek visitors were able to observe how our school fosters a fun and creative learning environment for math, using hands-on activities to help students grasp essential numerical skills.

Grade 3A Music Class with Mrs. Dinescu Mihaela
Music is an essential part of our curriculum, and in the Grade 3A class, Mrs. Dinescu Mihaela provided an engaging music lesson. The students explored rhythm, melody, and musical notation while learning to play instruments. The visiting teachers appreciated how the lesson emphasized creativity and teamwork, two key elements in music education. They also took note of how our music program encourages self-expression and appreciation for the arts.

Grade 3A English Class with Mrs. Militaru Nicoleta
English language learning was the focus of the Grade 3A class, where Mrs. Militaru Nicoleta skillfully engaged students in interactive language exercises. The Greek teachers observed how our school emphasizes communication, reading comprehension, and vocabulary building in a playful and interactive way. The students eagerly participated in games and group activities that made learning English both enjoyable and educational.

Grade 4C Geography Class with Mrs. Stoian Marioara
The final class of the day took place in Grade 4C, where students were exploring different geographical regions and cultures under the guidance of Mrs. Stoian Marioara. The Greek teachers took part in discussions about the diverse landscapes and climates studied in the lesson. This cross-cultural exchange allowed the visiting teachers to compare geographical education in both Greece and Romania, sharing insights on how different teaching methods can bring the subject to life.

Key Takeaways and Reflections

Throughout the job shadowing experience, both our teachers and the Greek visitors shared valuable ideas and best practices. The observation sessions were an opportunity for reflection on teaching techniques, classroom management, and student engagement strategies. Additionally, the activity strengthened our sense of international collaboration, showing how educators from different countries can learn from one another to improve educational practices.

The visiting teachers expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to learn from our teaching methods and appreciated the warm welcome from both the staff and students. They were particularly impressed by how our school fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where both teachers and students can thrive.

Looking Ahead: Strengthening International Ties

The Erasmus job shadowing activity was a successful and rewarding experience, and it marks the beginning of a deeper connection between our school and the educational community in Lamia, Greece. We look forward to future collaborations and exchanges, continuing to learn and grow as a global educational network. Through these experiences, we are reminded that education is not confined to the classroom but is a lifelong journey of shared knowledge, mutual respect, and international camaraderie.

At "Dumbrava Minunata" Kindergarten, teachers gathered to discuss how to improve the quality of eTwinning projects. eTwinning helps schools work together across Europe, but it's important to ensure the projects are meaningful and well-organized.

The main idea shared was that quality starts with clear goals. When teachers set clear learning objectives, students know what to focus on, making the project more effective. Quality also comes from ensuring students actively participate and are engaged in the project. Digital tools play a big role here too. Using online platforms lets students share ideas easily, and teachers can offer feedback and track progress.

The session at the kindergarten emphasized that quality eTwinning projects help students learn better, work together, and understand different cultures. Teachers left with new tools and ideas to make their projects more successful.

 Digital Tools in eTwinning – A Presentation at "Ionel Perlea" High School

At "Ionel Perlea" High School, a second presentation focused on the digital tools used in eTwinning projects. These tools make it easier for students and teachers to work together and create projects.

Tools like Padlet, Google Classroom, Canva, and Kahoot help students collaborate, share ideas, and create projects. These tools also help students develop important digital skills like problem-solving, communication, and creativity. The presentation showed how using video conferencing tools like Zoom helps students from different countries work together in real time.Teachers also benefit from digital tools because they can track students’ progress, adjust lessons, and create personalized learning experiences.

Both presentations highlighted the importance of quality and digital tools in eTwinning projects. Quality projects have clear goals and involve active student participation, while digital tools help students develop key skills and collaborate effectively. These activities show how eTwinning projects can provide meaningful learning experiences and help students grow in a digital world.

The session, organized by Mrs. Simona Tont, European projects inspector and Mrs. Nicoleta Turcea, director at Gradinita Dumbrava Minunata aimed to provide practical guidance on designing and implementing high-quality eTwinning projects that align with European standards. I was there as the eTwinning ambassador of my county and I had the opportunity to explore essential aspects of the eTwinning projects such as:
Setting clear objectives – defining the project's purpose and expected learning outcomes.
Effective collaboration – engaging students and teachers from partner schools in meaningful activities.
Innovative use of digital tools – integrating technology to enhance interaction and creativity.
Project evaluation and impact measurement – ensuring that projects meet quality criteria and bring tangible benefits to participants.
I also presented the criteria used by National Support Services (NSS) and Central Support Services (CSS) when awarding Quality Labels.

By understanding these requirements, teachers can confidently develop projects that not only engage students but also stand out for their educational value. Receiving a Quality Label is not just about recognition—it’s a validation of the teacher’s effort, an encouragement for students, and a motivator for further European collaborations. Schools that consistently receive Quality Labels can also apply for the prestigious European Quality Label, a distinction that highlights outstanding projects at an international level.
The enthusiasm and curiosity of the participating teachers were truly inspiring. Many of them are already involved in eTwinning or considering starting their first projects. With the right guidance and support, I have no doubt that their projects will flourish and achieve well-deserved recognition.
I am excited to see their ideas come to life and to continue supporting educators in their journey toward excellence in European projects!

1. Regula 20-20-20 pentru ochi
La fiecare 20 de minute petrecute în fața ecranului, ia o pauză de 20 de secunde și privește la 20 de metri distanță.

2. Nu uita de mișcare!
Fă o pauză activă la fiecare 30-60 de minute – întinde-te, mergi câteva minute, fă 10 genuflexiuni.

3. Detox digital înainte de somn - Evită ecranele cu o oră înainte de culcare pentru un somn mai odihnitor.

4. Folosește tehnologia pentru sănătate!
Instalează aplicații pentru mișcare (ex: Google Fit), meditație (ex: Headspace) și gestionarea timpului online.

 5. Setează limite pentru social media - Nu petrece mai mult de 2 ore/zi pe rețelele sociale și dezactivează notificările inutile.

6. Fă pauze de la ecrane - Înlocuiește o oră online cu o activitate offline: citit, desen, plimbare, jocuri cu prietenii.

7. Postură corectă la calculator - Ține spatele drept, ecranul la nivelul ochilor și nu sta aplecat pe telefon.

1. Atelier de reciclare creativă
Elevii aduc materiale reciclabile și creează obiecte utile sau decorative (ex. ghivece din PET-uri, portofele din carton de lapte, jucării din hârtie reciclată).
Se poate organiza un concurs pentru cel mai inovativ obiect reciclat.

2. Jurnalul ecologic
Elevii țin un jurnal timp de o săptămână, notând cum economisesc resurse (apă, energie electrică, hârtie).
La final, discută despre impactul acțiunilor lor și găsesc noi soluții pentru a fi mai sustenabili.

3. Ziua fără plastic
O zi în care elevii sunt provocați să evite folosirea plasticului de unică folosință.
Se pot organiza ateliere despre alternative sustenabile (saci din pânză, sticle reutilizabile etc.).

4. Plantare de copaci și grădină comunitară
Elevii plantează copaci în curtea școlii sau într-un parc din apropiere.
Se poate amenaja o grădină de legume sau flori, responsabilizând elevii în îngrijirea acesteia.

5. Detectivii energiei
Elevii monitorizează consumul de energie al școlii și propun metode de economisire.
Pot crea afișe sau videoclipuri educative despre importanța economisirii energiei.

6. Schimb de haine și cărți
Elevii aduc haine și cărți pe care nu le mai folosesc și le schimbă între ei.
Se discută despre impactul industriei modei rapide asupra mediului.

7. Dezbatere: „Este lumea noastră sustenabilă?”
Două echipe argumentează pro și contra sustenabilității actuale.
Se încurajează gândirea critică și găsirea soluțiilor viabile pentru un viitor mai verde.

8. Excursie la un centru de reciclare sau la o fermă ecologică
Elevii învață direct despre procesele de reciclare sau despre agricultura sustenabilă.
Pot participa la activități practice (ex. hrănirea animalelor, plantarea legumelor).

Aceste activități îi ajută pe elevi să înțeleagă mai bine conceptul de sustenabilitate și să aplice principii ecologice în viața de zi cu zi. Ce activitate crezi că ar fi cea mai potrivită pentru grupa ta?

Elevii clasei a III-a A, sub îndrumarea doamnei învățătoare Dinescu Mihaela, au desfășurat o activitate creativă și educativă, în care au realizat machete din materiale reciclabile. Pe parcursul acestei activități, copiii au învățat despre importanța protejării mediului înconjurător și au abordat probleme ecologice prin proiectele lor. Această inițiativă nu doar că a stimulat creativitatea elevilor, dar le-a și consolidat înțelegerea responsabilității față de natură și resursele sale. De asemenea, activitatea a fost o oportunitate de a încuraja cooperarea între elevi și dezvoltarea unui spirit de echipă, fiecare contribuind cu idei și soluții inovative pentru un mediu mai curat.

Am abordat strategiile de lucru folosite în proiectul eTwinning, „European values” care este și opțional la limba engleză, clasa a XII-a, pofil filologie. A fost prezentat produsul final al proiectului, auxiliarul curricular „The World of Poetry” care este o colecție de poezii colaborative însoțite de exerciții de exersare a limbii engleze.

Cea de-a doua activitate a inclus o prezentare a primului an din Acreditarea Erasmus+, Step Up! Learning and Evolving și a făcut referire la standardele de calitate și la modul în care activitățile de proiect au fost implementate atât pentru elevi cât și pentru profesori. Elevii au beneficiat de mobilitate de grup în timp ce două cadre didactice au participat la un curs despre integrarea resurselor digitale iar alte două cadre didactice au participat la o activitate de job shadowing pe tema integrării elevilor cu cerințe educative speciale. S-a discutat despre impactul proiectelor Erasmus+ și eTwinning atât pe termen scurt cât și pe termen lung, cu rezultate frumoase în ceea ce privește evoluția personală și profesională a participanților.

VINERI: Târgul de Crăciun

Explorarea tradițiilor și simbolurilor sărbătorilor de iarnă într-un context cultural autentic, identificând produse și obiceiuri specifice sezonului de Crăciun, pentru a-și îmbogăți cunoștințele despre tradițiile locale și pentru a dezvolta aprecierea diversității culturale

Prin vocile talentate ale elevilor noștri, pregătiți de profesori dedicați, am reușit să sărbătorim împreună spiritul Crăciunului, într-un eveniment plin de emoție, tradiție și bucurie. Concertul de colinde devine deja parte din tradiția liceului și ne oferă posibilitatea de a păstra legătura cu ceea ce ne reprezintă și ne face unici în Europa care sunt aspecte esențiale ale programului Erasmus+.

Cu ocazia Zilei Internaționale a Munților, echipa de elevi din cadrul proiectului eTwinning „Hands Across Countries” a organizat o activitate specială pentru a celebra frumusețea și importanța munților în viața noastră. Elevii, plini de entuziasm și creativitate, au dezvoltat un joc educațional interactiv despre munții din întreaga lume.
Jocul Kahoot!, menit să inspire curiozitatea și să promoveze cunoștințele geografice, include întrebări captivante despre cele mai cunoscute lanțuri muntoase si vârfuri celebre.  Prin această inițiativă, participanții au avut ocazia să învețe într-un mod distractiv și să-și aprofundeze înțelegerea despre rolul munților în ecosistemele globale.
Această activitate reflectă spiritul de colaborare internațională și dorința de a proteja patrimoniul natural al planetei, valori esențiale promovate de proiectul „Hands Across Countries”.

Atelier digital pentru cei mici

În cadrul „Săptămânii Altfel”, doamna învățătoare Dinescu Mihaela, alături de coordonatorul proiectului, doamna Militaru Nicoleta, a organizat un atelier digital dedicat elevilor clasei a 3-a A, inspirat de valorile programului Erasmus+. Copiii au învățat despre comportamentul responsabil în mediul online, promovând siguranța și respectul în spațiul digital – principii esențiale în era conectivității globale. Prin crearea de avatare digitale și un joc interactiv Kahoot, activitatea a îmbinat educația și creativitatea, sprijinind obiectivele Erasmus+ de a dezvolta competențe moderne și de a încuraja colaborarea și incluziunea în rândul tinerelor generații.

Bucurii colorate

Proiectul interjudețean „Bucurii Colorate” și-a făcut debutul sub umbrela valorilor programului Erasmus+. Elevii participanți au scris felicitări de Crăciun pline de creativitate și căldură, pe care le-au trimis colegilor din alte județe. Prin acest schimb de mesaje, copiii își dezvoltă abilitățile de comunicare și colaborare, promovând solidaritatea și diversitatea culturală – piloni fundamentali ai programului Erasmus+. La rândul lor, vor primi felicitări, trăind bucuria de a împărtăși tradiții și gânduri bune în spiritul sărbătorilor.

Elevii au discutat despre morala poveștii și despre calitățile care ne definesc ca oameni, dar și despre ce ne aseamănă și ce ne deosebește. Fiecare copil a scris numele său și o calitate pe un băț, pe care l-a adăugat în cutia clasei – un gest simbolic care ne amintește că împreună suntem mai puternici și că fiecare are ceva special de oferit.

Participanții au explorat o listă de 10 calități și au fost provocați să aleagă calitatea pe care o consideră cea mai importantă pentru succes și starea de bine. La final, ei au ilustrat cuvântul ales. Alegerea fiecărei calități a fost susținută prin argumente, punând astfel în valoare gândirea critică și capacitatea de reflecție personală.

🌱 Empatie, perseverență, integritate sau creativitate? Elevii noștri au demonstrat cât de bine înțeleg ce contează cu adevărat în viață, oferind răspunsuri inspirate și autentice.
Acest atelier a fost o oportunitate minunată de a cultiva o mentalitate pozitivă, de a încuraja dialogul deschis și de a reflecta asupra importanței stării de bine în tot ceea ce facem.

În cadrul programului Erasmus, echipele noastre de elevi au avut șansa de a participa la mobilități internaționale în țări precum Grecia, Turcia și Portugalia. Aceste experiențe au oferit elevilor o ocazie unică de a explora culturi noi, de a-și dezvolta abilitățile de comunicare și de a construi punți de prietenie internațională, toate acestea sub îndrumarea atentă și dedicația profesorilor coordonatori. Proiectul Erasmus a reprezentat o oportunitate prin care elevii și profesorii au avut oportunitatea de a descoperi sisteme de educație diferite, abordări inovatoare și tradițiile locale ale fiecărei țări gazdă. Mobilitățile din Grecia, Turcia și Portugalia au oferit o perspectivă unică asupra diversității și incluziunii europene, consolidând astfel valorile de cooperare și respect reciproc. Astfel, Alex, Andra,Catalina, Diana, Tudor, Edi, Alexandra, Mara si Sebastian au vorbit despre experientele lor Erasmus si despre ce a insemnat participarea la aceste mobilitati. Elevii au fost impresionați de ospitalitatea gazdelor și au avut ocazia să participe la ateliere de lucru interactive, schimburi culturale și vizite educative la obiective istorice. Pe lângă activitățile academice, aceștia au explorat elementele unice ale patrimoniului cultural european, ceea ce a oferit o înțelegere mai profundă asupra civilizației europene.

Activitățile Erasmus desfășurate în Grecia, Turcia și Portugalia au avut un impact semnificativ asupra elevilor, aceștia revenind cu o nouă perspectivă asupra lumii, încredere sporită și abilități de comunicare îmbunătățite, aspecte pe care ei le discuta cu drag atat cu elevii cat si cu profesorii dornici sa afle mai multe despre ce inseamna experientele Erasmus+.

O parte dintre elevii participanți la mobilitățile Erasmus au avut ocazia să își împărtășească experiențele și cunoștințele dobândite în cadrul unui eveniment internațional organizat de Casa Corpului Didactic (CCD) Ialomița și Inspectoratul Școlar Județean (ISJ) Ialomița. Acest eveniment a fost un cadru excelent pentru elevi și profesori de a discuta despre activitățile desfășurate și despre impactul pe care aceste experiențe internaționale îl au asupra dezvoltării lor personale și academice.

Elevii au prezentat impresiile lor prin materiale multimedia, discuții interactive și activități menite să inspire alți tineri să participe la astfel de programe. În cadrul acestui eveniment, s-a subliniat importanța programelor Erasmus pentru formarea tinerilor într-un mediu multicultural și stimularea încrederii de sine prin expunerea la diversitatea europeană.

Primul atelier a avut loc la Salonul Anual de Carte, unde elevii au avut șansa să o întâlnească pe autoarea Laura Frunză. Aceasta le-a împărtășit secretele procesului de publicare și importanța lecturii în viața noastră.Elevii au descoperit cât de multă muncă, perseverență și pasiune se investesc într-o carte, iar întâlnirea cu autoarea le-a permis să înțeleagă mai bine cum își pot crea și ei un parcurs literar, dacă sunt pasionați de scris.

Cel de-al doilea atelier i-a introdus pe elevi în lumea carierei și a orientării profesionale, având-o ca invitată pe Mihaela Ciuraru, o tânără antreprenoare specializată în proiecte de dezvoltare profesională pentru tineri. Atelierul a fost gândit astfel încât să le ofere elevilor instrumentele necesare pentru a-și descoperi talentele și interesele profesionale și pentru a înțelege mai bine piața muncii.

Mihaela a vorbit despre importanța cunoașterii de sine în alegerea unei cariere potrivite și despre rolul explorării diverselor domenii pentru a identifica ce ni se potrivește. Ea i-a încurajat pe elevi să își definească aspirațiile și le-a prezentat exemple reale de tineri care au urmat parcursuri inedite, subliniind că oricine poate reuși dacă își cunoaște punctele forte și este deschis la învățare.

În cadrul Erasmus+ Step Up! Learning and Evolving, elevii au sărbătorit și Ziua Mersului pe Jos, o inițiativă menită să promoveze un stil de viață activ și sănătos. Activitatea s-a desfășurat în aer liber,  oferindu-le elevilor ocazia să se bucure de natură și să petreacă timp de calitate cu colegii, dar și să învețe despre beneficiile pe care mersul pe jos le aduce sănătății fizice și mentale.

Mersul pe jos, o activitate simplă și accesibilă, a fost tema principală a discuțiilor din acea zi, iar elevii au fost încurajați să integreze mai multă mișcare în rutina zilnică, înlocuind, atunci când este posibil, mijloacele de transport cu mersul pe jos.

Aceste activități diverse și dinamice fac din Erasmus+ Step Up! Learning and Evolving un program valoros, oferind tinerilor sprijinul și motivația de care au nevoie pentru a-și dezvolta abilitățile, pasiunile și aspirațiile personale și profesionale.

The Walking Challenge
With pedometers and fitness apps in hand, students were eager to see how many steps they could take during the day. They walked during breaks, between classes, and even during outdoor group activities. It wasn’t just about who could walk the most—it was about getting everyone moving, promoting healthy habits, and enjoying the simple activity of walking. By the end of the day, our students had collectively walked thousands of steps, and everyone felt proud of their efforts!

Why Walking is Good for Us
1. Walking is an easy, everyday activity that can have huge benefits for our health. Here are some reasons why walking is so important:

2. It keeps the body healthy: Walking helps improve heart health, burns calories, and can help keep you fit and strong.

4. It helps with learning: Walking during study breaks or between classes can improve focus and creativity, making it easier to concentrate when it’s time to study.

International Walk Day was not just a day of exercise, but also a day for learning how simple activities like walking can improve our health and well-being. we included this activity in our Erasmus+ acreditation activities plan for this year, Step Up! Learning and Evolving The excitement and teamwork shown by the students show how important it is to stay active. By encouraging walking as a daily habit, we hope to inspire our students to continue making healthy choices, every step of the way!

De Ziua Internațională a mersului pe jos 2024, elevii noștri au făcut o provocare interesantă: să meargă cât mai mult posibil și să urmărească pașii lor! Această activitate distractivă a ajutat pe toată lumea să rămână activă și a încurajat un sentiment de comuniune în întreaga școală.

Provocarea mersului pe jos
Cu pedometre și aplicații de fitness în mână, elevii au fost dornici să vadă câți pași ar putea lua în timpul zilei. Ei au mers în timpul pauzelor, între clase și chiar în timpul activităților de grup în aer liber. A fost vorba doar despre cine ar putea merge cel mai mult—it a fost despre a face pe toată lumea să se miște, promovarea obiceiurilor sănătoase și bucurați-vă de activitatea simplă de mers pe jos. Până la sfârșitul zilei, elevii au mers în mod colectiv mii de pași și toată lumea s-a simțit mândră de eforturile lor!

De ce este bine pentru noi să mergem
1. Mersul pe jos este o activitate ușoară, de zi cu zi, care poate avea beneficii uriașe pentru sănătatea noastră. Iată câteva motive pentru care mersul pe jos este foarte important:

2. Menține corpul sănătos: Mersul pe jos ajută la îmbunătățirea sănătății inimii, arde calorii și vă poate ajuta să vă mențineți în formă și puternici.

3. Îți îmbunătățește starea de spirit: Mergi la o plimbare, în special în aer liber, te poate ajuta să reduci stresul și să te simți mai fericit. Este o modalitate foarte bună de a vă limpezi mintea și de a vă simți mai relaxat.

4. Ajută la învățare: Mersul pe jos în timpul pauzelor de studiu sau între clase poate îmbunătăți concentrarea și creativitatea, făcând mai ușor să se concentreze atunci când este timpul de studiu.

Învățare Prin Mersul pe Jos
Ziua Internațională a mersului pe jos nu a fost doar o zi de exercițiu, ci și o zi pentru a învăța cum activitățile simple, cum ar fi mersul pe jos, ne pot îmbunătăți sănătatea și bunăstarea. am inclus această activitate în planul nostru de activități de acreditare Erasmus+ pentru acest an, Step Up! Învățare și evoluție Entuziasmul și munca în echipă arătate de elevi arată cât de important este să rămâi activ. Încurajând mersul pe jos ca un obicei zilnic, sperăm să-I inspirăm pe elevii noștri să continue să facă alegeri sănătoase, la fiecare pas!

2. What is Copyright? (10 minutes)

Students from different countries collaborate on a variety of activities, such as virtual exchanges, collaborative projects, and cultural events, to understand and exemplify these ideals in their daily lives.

The "European Values" project focuses on collaborative tasks. Students collaborate on activities such as developing multimedia presentations about democratic procedures, designing posters promoting equality, and making videos about the value of solidarity. These projects not only promote the discussed ideals, but also improve teamwork, creativity, and digital literacy by allowing students to use a variety of online tools and platforms.Students participate in structured debates and discussions about human rights, democracy, and free speech to gain a better understanding of the issues. These activities aim to promote critical thinking and effective communication. Students learn to explain their ideas eloquently and thoughtfully by defending their points of view and understanding opposing arguments.Engaging with eTwinning’s online platform and various digital tools, students improve their technological proficiency. They learn to create, share, and collaborate using digital media, which prepares them for the digital demands of higher education and the modern workplace.

The "European Values" eTwinning project is more than just an educational work; it creates an opportunity for young Europeans to develop important life skills while also cultivating a sense of unity and shared identity. Students develop essential skills through cultural exchange, collaborative projects, and debates, preparing them for future challenges and possibilities. By adopting and promoting basic European ideals, young people become not only better students, but also more educated, responsible, and compassionate global citizens. As we continue to broaden and deepen our involvement, we are committed to educating a generation that accepts variety, knows the value of unity, and is prepared to make a good contribution to a diverse and interconnected world.

Constituirea comitetului de mediu: Elevii au ales să lucreze în echipe formate prin tragere la sorți și au stabilit ulterior rolurile din echipe.

Stabilirea locului de desfășurare: Prima parte a proiectului s-a desfășurat în parcul Ialomița iar a doua parte, în laboratorul de informatică.

ETAPA DE LUCRU ÎN PĂDURE/ NATURĂ:

Au fost desfășurate doua lecții in natură care au vizat creșterea conștientizării și a cunoștințelor elevilor despre importanța pădurilor și a spațiului verde, biodiversitatea acestora și rolul lor în păstrarea echilibrului ecologic.

Erasmus mobility programs provide students with opportunities to study or gain work experience abroad, enhancing their academic and professional skills, cultural understanding, and personal growth. Digital tools play a crucial role in facilitating and enriching the Erasmus mobility experience for students. Digital tools improve the Erasmus mobility experience by reducing administrative processes, promoting academic and social integration, providing learning resources, and providing student safety and well-being. Students can use these tools to make their Erasmus exchange more efficient, engaging, and enriching.

Melina Ciltea: I am extremely satisfied with the mobility in Erasmus program from the very first time I went there. The improvements I noticed in my daily activities have been remarkable and I recomand everyone to go for this program that s going to be very useful in their future. The team I was part of with Alex, Iustin Catalina and Diana supported me in everything I did and I am more than happy that I was able to spend time with these wonderful people. One of the most remarkable things from this Erasmus experience is the warmth with which we were received by those people in Turkey and how nicely both students and teachers behaved throughout our stay at Ÿukselen College in Ankara. We were very well welcome by the organizer of this Accreditation, Mrs. Asli Sari, who put in a lot of effort and showed a strong desire for everything to go very well, and that happened thanks to her. From the first day of school, we were able to meet some exceptional teachers who had an important role in our development. I participated in the English class of Professor Eren Cagri-Adiyaman with his students, where we were able to get to know each other well and discuss topics interesting things related to life in Turkey as well as in Romania. Information and communications technology classes were my favorites where I learned so much with Alișan Yilmaz, ICT teacher.I worked in Canva and Google Slides projects with the theme of what jobs we want in the future, where when I didn't know something I could ask this teacher without any embarrassment, which I appreciated a lot.I found out about Freepik where you can write anything you want and it will generate diversified images based on what you wrote. For example, if you wrote veterinary doctor, images of animals with doctors and medical instruments were generated.

Together with the students, I participated in a Computer It and Kahoot competition where we learned that through games you can learn so many things. The programming instructions were so easy to understand through Compute It that all the students understood IT. On Tuesday, I went to another campus where I worked with another very good IT teacher and I experimented using gbt chat and tinkercard that we can open a trash can based on hand movement sensors in the air.He also showed us video clips with the new gbt-4o chat, where when someone uses this application, they are filmed and manage to talk vocally with a robot that sees everything they do. For example, he holds the phone on the table and let's say he asks if something happened strange lately and chat gbt says that a few minutes ago someone passed behind him. This is useful in certain situations and I found it interesting. The documentation visit from Cappadocia was very beautiful and together with our guide, a wonderful man, we learned so much about the culture and religion of this divine place. The view cannot be compared with anything.Pigeon Valley, Imagination Valley, Chimeneas de hadas and Underground City they were some of the most beautiful places I've ever been, full of history and wonder. Together with the team I was part of, I developed so much and I thank them for being there for me when I needed it. Together with Ms. Militaru Nicoleta, Buzoianu Simona, Boboc Cristina and Visan Emilia I felt at home and when I had a problem, they didn't hesitate to help me, and for that I thank them! The Erasmus adventure does not stop here!

Catalina Chirca: I can definitely say that my first Erasmus mobility in Turkyie was one of the best experiences I have ever lived in my entire life. I am saying this because during the mobility I developed a lot of personal skills such as public speaking, time management and also had the opportunity to learn new things, especially during our courses. From the very first day of our arrival, Mrs. Aslı Sarı and İpek Başer warmly welcomed us to the biggest campus of  Yükselen Koleji, located in Mamak, Ankara. On our first day of courses, we attented  Eren Cagri-Adiyaman's english class in which we had the chance to conversate with some Turkish students about their culture, traditions and school and also we shared information about our country. We also attended  Alișan Yilmaz's ICT class where we had to design a poster in Canva or BeFunky regarding our dream jobs. The professor showed us a efficient site named FreePik which offers free images based on your search. We also had to create a Google Slide with the topic of jobs we love. We also presented our projects to the class of 9A. The students were so nice towards us and showed us an interesting game, ComputeIt, a game which makes you understand coding better by applying the code instructions on your keyboard. We also competed in Kahoot, the main topics of the games being computer science and social media. On our second day at  Yükselen Koleji, we went to the other campus were we attented for once again the ICT class. This time we discovered Tinkercad and made awesome experiments in their lab! We also were informed about the newest version of ChatGpt and its new features. At the end of the day we also had the great opportunity to meet the founder of the school, Mehmet Yüksel, one of the most open-minded and inspiring man I have ever met. I am so thankful that I had the chance to hear his story and talk to one of the most important man in Turkish education.  The third day of our mobility was about the Ankara Tour.

We made a documentation visit to Anıtkabir, one of the most sacred and respected historical places in Turkyie. This place simply left me speechless. The way Turkish civilization managed to conserve their leader's history and life until today amazed me and made me realize how much they love their country. After that, we went to Ankara Castle and the view there was absolutely gorgeous. I could see the whole Ankara from above! Our next documentation visit took place on the forth day of our mobility and it took us to Cappadocia. Our guide Mehmet Ali Özdemir was truly amazing! I learned a lot of things about Turkish culture and history from him. I can say that I'm really grateful he was there all the time for us! We visited Pigeon Valley, Imagination Valley, Uchisar Castle, Fairy Chimneys and  Kaymaklı Underground City. The history and meaning of these places made the visit so memorable to me. Also the aspects regarding religion and the mixture between Christians, Muslims, Jews and many other religions involved in the history of the places fascinated me a lot. Our last day of courses was about web development. For the last time, we attented  Alișan Yilmaz's ICT course. We learned HTML and CSS and had a lot of fun while designing our own websites!  I'm so glad that I had the chance to meet amazing teachers and students in Turkyie and spend time with my highschool mates, Diana, Melina, Alex and Iustin. They are all brilliant and I'm so happy that during our mobility we created such a special bond which I hope is going to last a lot of time from now on! I also want to say that I appreciate our teachers, Nicoleta Militaru, Simona Buzoianu, Visan Emilia and Cristina Boboc for teaching us so many things and always being here with us! Lastly but not lastly, I want to thank  Yükselen Koleji for hosting us and for giving us the opportunity to explore the educational system of Turkyie! I'm looking forward to another Erasmus experience and dreams to achieve.
