Participanții au explorat o listă de 10 calități și au fost provocați să aleagă calitatea pe care o consideră cea mai importantă pentru succes și starea de bine. La final, ei au ilustrat cuvântul ales. Alegerea fiecărei calități a fost susținută prin argumente, punând astfel în valoare gândirea critică și capacitatea de reflecție personală.

🌱 Empatie, perseverență, integritate sau creativitate? Elevii noștri au demonstrat cât de bine înțeleg ce contează cu adevărat în viață, oferind răspunsuri inspirate și autentice.
Acest atelier a fost o oportunitate minunată de a cultiva o mentalitate pozitivă, de a încuraja dialogul deschis și de a reflecta asupra importanței stării de bine în tot ceea ce facem.

În cadrul programului Erasmus, echipele noastre de elevi au avut șansa de a participa la mobilități internaționale în țări precum Grecia, Turcia și Portugalia. Aceste experiențe au oferit elevilor o ocazie unică de a explora culturi noi, de a-și dezvolta abilitățile de comunicare și de a construi punți de prietenie internațională, toate acestea sub îndrumarea atentă și dedicația profesorilor coordonatori. Proiectul Erasmus a reprezentat o oportunitate prin care elevii și profesorii au avut oportunitatea de a descoperi sisteme de educație diferite, abordări inovatoare și tradițiile locale ale fiecărei țări gazdă. Mobilitățile din Grecia, Turcia și Portugalia au oferit o perspectivă unică asupra diversității și incluziunii europene, consolidând astfel valorile de cooperare și respect reciproc. Astfel, Alex, Andra,Catalina, Diana, Tudor, Edi, Alexandra, Mara si Sebastian au vorbit despre experientele lor Erasmus si despre ce a insemnat participarea la aceste mobilitati. Elevii au fost impresionați de ospitalitatea gazdelor și au avut ocazia să participe la ateliere de lucru interactive, schimburi culturale și vizite educative la obiective istorice. Pe lângă activitățile academice, aceștia au explorat elementele unice ale patrimoniului cultural european, ceea ce a oferit o înțelegere mai profundă asupra civilizației europene.

Activitățile Erasmus desfășurate în Grecia, Turcia și Portugalia au avut un impact semnificativ asupra elevilor, aceștia revenind cu o nouă perspectivă asupra lumii, încredere sporită și abilități de comunicare îmbunătățite, aspecte pe care ei le discuta cu drag atat cu elevii cat si cu profesorii dornici sa afle mai multe despre ce inseamna experientele Erasmus+.

O parte dintre elevii participanți la mobilitățile Erasmus au avut ocazia să își împărtășească experiențele și cunoștințele dobândite în cadrul unui eveniment internațional organizat de Casa Corpului Didactic (CCD) Ialomița și Inspectoratul Școlar Județean (ISJ) Ialomița. Acest eveniment a fost un cadru excelent pentru elevi și profesori de a discuta despre activitățile desfășurate și despre impactul pe care aceste experiențe internaționale îl au asupra dezvoltării lor personale și academice.

Elevii au prezentat impresiile lor prin materiale multimedia, discuții interactive și activități menite să inspire alți tineri să participe la astfel de programe. În cadrul acestui eveniment, s-a subliniat importanța programelor Erasmus pentru formarea tinerilor într-un mediu multicultural și stimularea încrederii de sine prin expunerea la diversitatea europeană.

Primul atelier a avut loc la Salonul Anual de Carte, unde elevii au avut șansa să o întâlnească pe autoarea Laura Frunză. Aceasta le-a împărtășit secretele procesului de publicare și importanța lecturii în viața noastră.Elevii au descoperit cât de multă muncă, perseverență și pasiune se investesc într-o carte, iar întâlnirea cu autoarea le-a permis să înțeleagă mai bine cum își pot crea și ei un parcurs literar, dacă sunt pasionați de scris.

Cel de-al doilea atelier i-a introdus pe elevi în lumea carierei și a orientării profesionale, având-o ca invitată pe Mihaela Ciuraru, o tânără antreprenoare specializată în proiecte de dezvoltare profesională pentru tineri. Atelierul a fost gândit astfel încât să le ofere elevilor instrumentele necesare pentru a-și descoperi talentele și interesele profesionale și pentru a înțelege mai bine piața muncii.

Mihaela a vorbit despre importanța cunoașterii de sine în alegerea unei cariere potrivite și despre rolul explorării diverselor domenii pentru a identifica ce ni se potrivește. Ea i-a încurajat pe elevi să își definească aspirațiile și le-a prezentat exemple reale de tineri care au urmat parcursuri inedite, subliniind că oricine poate reuși dacă își cunoaște punctele forte și este deschis la învățare.

În cadrul Erasmus+ Step Up! Learning and Evolving, elevii au sărbătorit și Ziua Mersului pe Jos, o inițiativă menită să promoveze un stil de viață activ și sănătos. Activitatea s-a desfășurat în aer liber,  oferindu-le elevilor ocazia să se bucure de natură și să petreacă timp de calitate cu colegii, dar și să învețe despre beneficiile pe care mersul pe jos le aduce sănătății fizice și mentale.

Mersul pe jos, o activitate simplă și accesibilă, a fost tema principală a discuțiilor din acea zi, iar elevii au fost încurajați să integreze mai multă mișcare în rutina zilnică, înlocuind, atunci când este posibil, mijloacele de transport cu mersul pe jos.

Aceste activități diverse și dinamice fac din Erasmus+ Step Up! Learning and Evolving un program valoros, oferind tinerilor sprijinul și motivația de care au nevoie pentru a-și dezvolta abilitățile, pasiunile și aspirațiile personale și profesionale.

The Walking Challenge
With pedometers and fitness apps in hand, students were eager to see how many steps they could take during the day. They walked during breaks, between classes, and even during outdoor group activities. It wasn’t just about who could walk the most—it was about getting everyone moving, promoting healthy habits, and enjoying the simple activity of walking. By the end of the day, our students had collectively walked thousands of steps, and everyone felt proud of their efforts!

Why Walking is Good for Us
1. Walking is an easy, everyday activity that can have huge benefits for our health. Here are some reasons why walking is so important:

2. It keeps the body healthy: Walking helps improve heart health, burns calories, and can help keep you fit and strong.

3. It boosts your mood: Going for a walk, especially outdoors, can help reduce stress and make you feel happier. It’s a great way to clear your mind and feel more relaxed.

4. It helps with learning: Walking during study breaks or between classes can improve focus and creativity, making it easier to concentrate when it’s time to study.

International Walk Day was not just a day of exercise, but also a day for learning how simple activities like walking can improve our health and well-being. we included this activity in our Erasmus+ acreditation activities plan for this year, Step Up! Learning and Evolving The excitement and teamwork shown by the students show how important it is to stay active. By encouraging walking as a daily habit, we hope to inspire our students to continue making healthy choices, every step of the way!

De Ziua Internațională a mersului pe jos 2024, elevii noștri au făcut o provocare interesantă: să meargă cât mai mult posibil și să urmărească pașii lor! Această activitate distractivă a ajutat pe toată lumea să rămână activă și a încurajat un sentiment de comuniune în întreaga școală.

Provocarea mersului pe jos
Cu pedometre și aplicații de fitness în mână, elevii au fost dornici să vadă câți pași ar putea lua în timpul zilei. Ei au mers în timpul pauzelor, între clase și chiar în timpul activităților de grup în aer liber. A fost vorba doar despre cine ar putea merge cel mai mult—it a fost despre a face pe toată lumea să se miște, promovarea obiceiurilor sănătoase și bucurați-vă de activitatea simplă de mers pe jos. Până la sfârșitul zilei, elevii au mers în mod colectiv mii de pași și toată lumea s-a simțit mândră de eforturile lor!

De ce este bine pentru noi să mergem
1. Mersul pe jos este o activitate ușoară, de zi cu zi, care poate avea beneficii uriașe pentru sănătatea noastră. Iată câteva motive pentru care mersul pe jos este foarte important:

Ziua Internațională a mersului pe jos nu a fost doar o zi de exercițiu, ci și o zi pentru a învăța cum activitățile simple, cum ar fi mersul pe jos, ne pot îmbunătăți sănătatea și bunăstarea. am inclus această activitate în planul nostru de activități de acreditare Erasmus+ pentru acest an, Step Up! Învățare și evoluție Entuziasmul și munca în echipă arătate de elevi arată cât de important este să rămâi activ. Încurajând mersul pe jos ca un obicei zilnic, sperăm să-I inspirăm pe elevii noștri să continue să facă alegeri sănătoase, la fiecare pas!

Students from different countries collaborate on a variety of activities, such as virtual exchanges, collaborative projects, and cultural events, to understand and exemplify these ideals in their daily lives.

The "European Values" project focuses on collaborative tasks. Students collaborate on activities such as developing multimedia presentations about democratic procedures, designing posters promoting equality, and making videos about the value of solidarity. These projects not only promote the discussed ideals, but also improve teamwork, creativity, and digital literacy by allowing students to use a variety of online tools and platforms.Students participate in structured debates and discussions about human rights, democracy, and free speech to gain a better understanding of the issues. These activities aim to promote critical thinking and effective communication. Students learn to explain their ideas eloquently and thoughtfully by defending their points of view and understanding opposing arguments.Engaging with eTwinning’s online platform and various digital tools, students improve their technological proficiency. They learn to create, share, and collaborate using digital media, which prepares them for the digital demands of higher education and the modern workplace.

The "European Values" eTwinning project is more than just an educational work; it creates an opportunity for young Europeans to develop important life skills while also cultivating a sense of unity and shared identity. Students develop essential skills through cultural exchange, collaborative projects, and debates, preparing them for future challenges and possibilities. By adopting and promoting basic European ideals, young people become not only better students, but also more educated, responsible, and compassionate global citizens. As we continue to broaden and deepen our involvement, we are committed to educating a generation that accepts variety, knows the value of unity, and is prepared to make a good contribution to a diverse and interconnected world.

Constituirea comitetului de mediu: Elevii au ales să lucreze în echipe formate prin tragere la sorți și au stabilit ulterior rolurile din echipe.

Stabilirea locului de desfășurare: Prima parte a proiectului s-a desfășurat în parcul Ialomița iar a doua parte, în laboratorul de informatică.

ETAPA DE LUCRU ÎN PĂDURE/ NATURĂ:

Au fost desfășurate doua lecții in natură care au vizat creșterea conștientizării și a cunoștințelor elevilor despre importanța pădurilor și a spațiului verde, biodiversitatea acestora și rolul lor în păstrarea echilibrului ecologic.

Erasmus mobility programs provide students with opportunities to study or gain work experience abroad, enhancing their academic and professional skills, cultural understanding, and personal growth. Digital tools play a crucial role in facilitating and enriching the Erasmus mobility experience for students. Digital tools improve the Erasmus mobility experience by reducing administrative processes, promoting academic and social integration, providing learning resources, and providing student safety and well-being. Students can use these tools to make their Erasmus exchange more efficient, engaging, and enriching.

Melina Ciltea: I am extremely satisfied with the mobility in Erasmus program from the very first time I went there. The improvements I noticed in my daily activities have been remarkable and I recomand everyone to go for this program that s going to be very useful in their future. The team I was part of with Alex, Iustin Catalina and Diana supported me in everything I did and I am more than happy that I was able to spend time with these wonderful people. One of the most remarkable things from this Erasmus experience is the warmth with which we were received by those people in Turkey and how nicely both students and teachers behaved throughout our stay at Ÿukselen College in Ankara. We were very well welcome by the organizer of this Accreditation, Mrs. Asli Sari, who put in a lot of effort and showed a strong desire for everything to go very well, and that happened thanks to her. From the first day of school, we were able to meet some exceptional teachers who had an important role in our development. I participated in the English class of Professor Eren Cagri-Adiyaman with his students, where we were able to get to know each other well and discuss topics interesting things related to life in Turkey as well as in Romania. Information and communications technology classes were my favorites where I learned so much with Alișan Yilmaz, ICT teacher.I worked in Canva and Google Slides projects with the theme of what jobs we want in the future, where when I didn't know something I could ask this teacher without any embarrassment, which I appreciated a lot.I found out about Freepik where you can write anything you want and it will generate diversified images based on what you wrote. For example, if you wrote veterinary doctor, images of animals with doctors and medical instruments were generated.

Together with the students, I participated in a Computer It and Kahoot competition where we learned that through games you can learn so many things. The programming instructions were so easy to understand through Compute It that all the students understood IT. On Tuesday, I went to another campus where I worked with another very good IT teacher and I experimented using gbt chat and tinkercard that we can open a trash can based on hand movement sensors in the air.He also showed us video clips with the new gbt-4o chat, where when someone uses this application, they are filmed and manage to talk vocally with a robot that sees everything they do. For example, he holds the phone on the table and let's say he asks if something happened strange lately and chat gbt says that a few minutes ago someone passed behind him. This is useful in certain situations and I found it interesting. The documentation visit from Cappadocia was very beautiful and together with our guide, a wonderful man, we learned so much about the culture and religion of this divine place. The view cannot be compared with anything.Pigeon Valley, Imagination Valley, Chimeneas de hadas and Underground City they were some of the most beautiful places I've ever been, full of history and wonder. Together with the team I was part of, I developed so much and I thank them for being there for me when I needed it. Together with Ms. Militaru Nicoleta, Buzoianu Simona, Boboc Cristina and Visan Emilia I felt at home and when I had a problem, they didn't hesitate to help me, and for that I thank them! The Erasmus adventure does not stop here!

Catalina Chirca: I can definitely say that my first Erasmus mobility in Turkyie was one of the best experiences I have ever lived in my entire life. I am saying this because during the mobility I developed a lot of personal skills such as public speaking, time management and also had the opportunity to learn new things, especially during our courses. From the very first day of our arrival, Mrs. Aslı Sarı and İpek Başer warmly welcomed us to the biggest campus of  Yükselen Koleji, located in Mamak, Ankara. On our first day of courses, we attented  Eren Cagri-Adiyaman's english class in which we had the chance to conversate with some Turkish students about their culture, traditions and school and also we shared information about our country. We also attended  Alișan Yilmaz's ICT class where we had to design a poster in Canva or BeFunky regarding our dream jobs. The professor showed us a efficient site named FreePik which offers free images based on your search. We also had to create a Google Slide with the topic of jobs we love. We also presented our projects to the class of 9A. The students were so nice towards us and showed us an interesting game, ComputeIt, a game which makes you understand coding better by applying the code instructions on your keyboard. We also competed in Kahoot, the main topics of the games being computer science and social media. On our second day at  Yükselen Koleji, we went to the other campus were we attented for once again the ICT class. This time we discovered Tinkercad and made awesome experiments in their lab! We also were informed about the newest version of ChatGpt and its new features. At the end of the day we also had the great opportunity to meet the founder of the school, Mehmet Yüksel, one of the most open-minded and inspiring man I have ever met. I am so thankful that I had the chance to hear his story and talk to one of the most important man in Turkish education.  The third day of our mobility was about the Ankara Tour.

We made a documentation visit to Anıtkabir, one of the most sacred and respected historical places in Turkyie. This place simply left me speechless. The way Turkish civilization managed to conserve their leader's history and life until today amazed me and made me realize how much they love their country. After that, we went to Ankara Castle and the view there was absolutely gorgeous. I could see the whole Ankara from above! Our next documentation visit took place on the forth day of our mobility and it took us to Cappadocia. Our guide Mehmet Ali Özdemir was truly amazing! I learned a lot of things about Turkish culture and history from him. I can say that I'm really grateful he was there all the time for us! We visited Pigeon Valley, Imagination Valley, Uchisar Castle, Fairy Chimneys and  Kaymaklı Underground City. The history and meaning of these places made the visit so memorable to me. Also the aspects regarding religion and the mixture between Christians, Muslims, Jews and many other religions involved in the history of the places fascinated me a lot. Our last day of courses was about web development. For the last time, we attented  Alișan Yilmaz's ICT course. We learned HTML and CSS and had a lot of fun while designing our own websites!  I'm so glad that I had the chance to meet amazing teachers and students in Turkyie and spend time with my highschool mates, Diana, Melina, Alex and Iustin. They are all brilliant and I'm so happy that during our mobility we created such a special bond which I hope is going to last a lot of time from now on! I also want to say that I appreciate our teachers, Nicoleta Militaru, Simona Buzoianu, Visan Emilia and Cristina Boboc for teaching us so many things and always being here with us! Lastly but not lastly, I want to thank  Yükselen Koleji for hosting us and for giving us the opportunity to explore the educational system of Turkyie! I'm looking forward to another Erasmus experience and dreams to achieve.
